Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time depends on your location and chosen courier service.
Galleria Kesuma is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Return & Exchange Policy
- We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving the item, subject to stock availability.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is defective or wrongly sent.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

1. Umum
Selamat datang ke Maribeli Butik. Dengan mengakses atau menggunakan laman web kami (www.maribelibutik.com.my), anda bersetuju untuk mematuhi dan terikat dengan Terma & Syarat ini. Jika anda tidak bersetuju dengan mana-mana bahagian, sila hentikan penggunaan laman ini.
2. Maklumat Produk
Segala keterangan, harga dan ketersediaan produk adalah tertakluk kepada perubahan tanpa notis awal.
Kami berusaha memaparkan imej dan warna produk seakurat mungkin, namun mungkin terdapat sedikit perbezaan akibat pencahayaan atau skrin.
3. Tempahan & Pembayaran
Tempahan disahkan hanya selepas bayaran penuh diterima melalui Payex, FPX, TNG dan saluran lain yang tersedia.
Kami berhak membatalkan pesanan sekiranya berlaku kekurangan stok, aktiviti mencurigakan, atau masalah pembayaran.
4. Penghantaran
Pesanan akan diproses dalam tempoh 1–3 hari bekerja selepas pembayaran dibuat.
Tempoh penghantaran bergantung kepada lokasi dan perkhidmatan kurier yang dipilih.
Kami tidak bertanggungjawab atas kelewatan yang disebabkan oleh syarikat kurier.
5. Polisi Penukaran & Pemulangan
Penukaran diterima dalam masa 7 hari selepas penerimaan barang, tertakluk kepada stok.
Barang mestilah belum dipakai, belum dibasuh, dan masih mempunyai tag asal.
Pemulangan wang tidak dibenarkan kecuali item rosak atau tersalah hantar.
Kos penghantaran semula ditanggung oleh pembeli.
6. Privasi
Maklumat peribadi anda akan dirahsiakan dan hanya digunakan untuk tujuan pemprosesan pesanan dan komunikasi.
Kami tidak akan berkongsi atau menjual maklumat anda kepada mana-mana pihak ketiga.
7. Harta Intelek
Segala kandungan di laman ini termasuk gambar, logo, rekaan dan teks adalah milik Maribeli Butik.
Tidak dibenarkan digunakan semula tanpa kebenaran bertulis.
